This course is for all genders of any orientation, single, divorced, or presently in a relationship who want to tap into their inner me and learn how to develop boundaries from within. If you self-identify as “people-pleasing,” “selfless,” or frequently ignore your desires, this course is for you.

If you read Anxiously Attached: Becoming More Secure in Life and Love, you’ll revisit many of the topics covered in the book. We recommend you take the course only if you’d like a refresher on the material presented in the book and a different avenue to explore the content!
