We believe in helping couples find connection by fostering a deeper understanding of underlying patterns that get recreated in their relationship. Once that awareness happens, change in the relationship can happen.

Topics We Address

Individual Coaching

We offer help with a variety of individual issues including anxiety, panic and fear, as well working with limited beliefs. We believe that by helping to understand what is under the identified problem, we are able to locate the core issues that allow you to not recreate the same patterns in your relationships. We have a lot of training helping clients with boundaries, and working with your past to cultivate a healthier future. We also address self-esteem issues, codependency, learning to set and have healthy boundaries, perfectionism, as well as black and white thinking patterns. To learn more about our individual coaching service, visit individual coaching page.

Marriage and couples coaching

We use the Imago approach to help couples deeply connect and develop new ways of relating that foster healing and repair. All team members at Be Self-full have extra training in working with couples. We specialize in effectively helping couples learn new ways of relating and understanding each other using the unique techniques that have proven effective in making major changes for couples, allowing them to connect deeper and creating the relationships they truly desire.

Trauma Related Issues

We help our clients see how relationships release chemicals and an addiction to the roller coaster ride can trap them in unhealthy patterns. Grieving a relationship can be hard if there is love addiction and trauma bonding, but it can be completed with the right support. We work with the original trauma helping clients truly break free from their toxic bond or pattern guiding them to create a new sense of what love really feels and looks like.
