We offer help with a variety of individual issues including anxiety, panic and fear, as well working with limited beliefs. We believe that by helping to understand what is under the identified problem, we are able to locate the core issues that allow you to not recreate the same patterns in your relationships. Codependency

We help individuals and couples work on developing healthy dependency which is interdependence, and exit out of dynamics that are unhealthy. Often, people struggle with learning how to have healthy relationships, and out of fear, develop unhealthy dependency. When we are in healthy relationships, we do in fact depend on our partner to help us, but we also learn to have autonomy as well. Learning how to have a relationship that both supports you and helps you grow requires looking at the unhealthy dependency and replacing that with healthy ways to support each other in relationships. Oftentimes this requires us to look at core wounds and fears, helping the client resolve this within themselves so they have more balanced relationships.

Self-discovery & Self-exploration

To help cultivate a shift to self-awareness, our coaches focus on the personal values and beliefs that may be holding you back from becoming your true authentic self. By consciously recognizing your thought patterns and limiting beliefs, you can begin to challenge how you think, feel, and view yourself, and create change to develop a new, healthy state of being. Help individuals as they explore the dating world and aid in helping attract a healthy partner.

Life transitions

It is inevitable for us to experience transitions in life. Our coaches work to help you process and adjust through your transition, while coping with the difficult emotions that may arise. Transitions can occur in various phases/experiences in our lives — divorce, breakup, empty nest, retirement, first time parents.

Intimacy

Our coaches help clients explore the origin of their struggles with intimacy. We are experienced in helping clients overcome emotional trauma related to intimacy. Exploring the origin of your struggle with intimacy can help foster comfort and safety in your current or future relationship.

Confidence or

Self-love

Individuals struggling with self-confidence may seek out external sources for validation and love. This can lead to self-sabotaging behaviors such as toxic relationships, addiction, or fearing intimacy. Loving every part of yourself takes deep exploration. Our coaches are trained to explore the negative thoughts and beliefs that may be attributing to your feelings of low self-esteem and self-worth. By identifying your inner critical voice, our coaches can help identify the themes and patterns that lead you to self-sabotage. We help empower our clients to align their life with their dreams and passions by creating a fulfilling life.
