Do you find that you’re consistently jealous, insecure, and codependent in your relationships?

You end one unhealthy relationship just to jump into a different variation of the same one.

This cycle goes on and on until you decide to bring it to a stopping point.

You’re worthy of finding and sustaining a healthy, long-lasting relationship.

This live, closed group experience using my book, Anxiously Attached, can help you break the cycle and begin your journey to finding lasting love.

An estimated 47 million people in the United States alone identify with having an anxious attachment style. These anxious patterns make relationships challenging as you’re in need of regular reassurance but often find yourself in relationships that hurt more than help.

As you struggle with the fear of abandonment from your partner, you regularly suppress your needs to meet theirs in hopes that they will stay. But what happens to those abandoned parts of you? They don’t go away. Instead, they build resentment and discomfort deep within you, causing friction later in the relationship.

What if you knew how to build a more secure base, allowing you to set boundaries, maintain a calm nervous system, and build an interdependent relationship based on trust, love, and mutual respect?

We have built a safe, intimate space for a small group of people to dive deep into the heart of Jessica’s book, Anxiously Attached, to process and practice the insights and strategies together.

The live sessions will be weekly on Zoom, starting on Thursday, April 25th, from 5:30-7:00pm EST, with the last session occurring on Thursday, May 30th.

Group therapy was something I never imagined would be helpful. In the beginning, I thought I would be “lost in the group”, but I realized that I found myself in listening. Hearing the internal worlds of others who were willing to share their wounds made me feel more seen than I could imagine.

In the end, I found wounds inside of myself decreasing in charge and although I still have so much work to do, I can recognize the tremendous grieving that has taken place in my soul. Memories I had forgotten started coming back, tears that felt they were from lifetimes ago were able to be released. And in the end, I was left with a whole lot of love.

I am deeply grateful for the wonderful women who led this group and held space for all my tears and curiosity.

Jessica and her team, as well as their counseling, courses, and live events, have been instrumental in helping me navigate a pivotal point in my life. I recently was going through a “near-death heartbreak” experience with my wife of 18 years, and it would not be too much of a stretch to say that Jessica and her team were life savers for me.

Their ability to support me through the critical initial stages helped me to learn and gain an understanding of what had happened and what was going on and provided a safe and nurturing environment for me to begin to heal my traumas and learn to have healthier relationships is beyond compare. They blend both the science of neurological and emotional wisdom and the art of therapy in a holistic way that nourishes the soul and holds space for personal growth.

I am incredibly humbled and grateful for their guidance and am happy to report that I am in an incredibly better place to face the future regardless of what things may come.

In all of my years of therapy, eighteen years, I had never had an epiphany like the one I had after reading Jessica’s book. I finally felt seen and understood by myself.

After reading her book and doing a live course with her I feel healthier, hopeful, and equipped to heal. I also feel so much compassion for myself which was something I hadn’t felt before. So much compassion for my little me and for the ways I developed in hopes of having my needs met. I no longer feel shame or guilt.
