Do you find that you’re consistently jealous, insecure, and codependent in your relationships?
You end one unhealthy relationship just to jump into a different variation of the same one.
This cycle goes on and on until you decide to bring it to a stopping point.
You’re worthy of finding and sustaining a healthy, long-lasting relationship.
This live, closed group experience using my book, Anxiously Attached, can help you break the cycle and begin your journey to finding lasting love.

An estimated 47 million people in the United States alone identify with having an anxious attachment style. These anxious patterns make relationships challenging as you’re in need of regular reassurance but often find yourself in relationships that hurt more than help.
As you struggle with the fear of abandonment from your partner, you regularly suppress your needs to meet theirs in hopes that they will stay. But what happens to those abandoned parts of you? They don’t go away. Instead, they build resentment and discomfort deep within you, causing friction later in the relationship.
What if you knew how to build a more secure base, allowing you to set boundaries, maintain a calm nervous system, and build an interdependent relationship based on trust, love, and mutual respect?
We have built a safe, intimate space for a small group of people to dive deep into the heart of Jessica’s book, Anxiously Attached, to process and practice the insights and strategies together.
The live sessions will be weekly on Zoom, starting on Thursday, April 25th, from 5:30-7:00pm EST, with the last session occurring on Thursday, May 30th.
During this 6-week experience, you will:
Learn how to work through and heal from the anxious-avoidant trap, a cycle many people with an insecure attachment find themselves in
Begin to navigate and understand your core wounds and what it looks like to heal them
Get in touch with your Little Me, Inner Protectors, and Inner Nurturers through the care and safety of the group
Practice meditation to help uncover the suppressed parts of you
Learn how to work with your Autonomic Nervous System
Build boundaries and practice communicating them
Start to become self-full and caring for your needs
Discover a new way to find and be loved
And so much more…
You’re no longer alone on your journey toward security.
